The challenge for many people is spending the time doing the fundamentals well.
Why?
There are always so many new things to distract us and tear our attention away from what really matters:
Providing value
Sharing our value with more potential customers
Improving the value we provide
The Fundamentals I look at consistently:
What is my market?
Why will they pick me?
What codes do I use to show off my value consistently?
My challenge to you?
Answer the question: “What are the fundamentals of my business?”
Put it another way: “If I only had one thing I could do to provide value, what would it be?”
