Strategy without action is procrastination.
The Big Idea: No action! No strategy!
As I mentioned last week, strategy is about 3 things:
Picking a destination
Focusing on that destination
Taking action that will get you there
That’s my model: CFA!
This is the model I use in my workshops.
Do It Without Me:
Set an ambition for your business: “What does success look like?”
Focus by understanding who your buyer is.
Go further by identifying why they will pick you over the alternatives.
Plan out your immediate next actions.
It is that simple!
