How has the market stayed the same?
How does your customer view your products or services?
Are any of these measurements meaningful to your customers?
Are you being honest about what your results are?
Are you applying the knowledge you learn to improve your business?
Remember, your strength as a marketer and in business begins with the knowledge you have of your customer.
